Email Cleaner costs $15. The pricing in countries other than the USA is shown in the "Theo's Register" program.
Directions:
Open the "Theo's Register" program that came in the same folder as "Email Cleaner".
Enter your name and your email address.
Choose "Email Cleaner" and enter the number of copies you want to buy. The licencing scheme in short, is 1 copy per computer. Although you are allowed backups on other computers owned only by you, if these copies are not being run at the same time. For most home owners "1" is the number they enter.
Save or Copy or Print the data from the Register program and fax or postal mail the page and the right payment for Email Cleaner to Kagi.
Kagi is a company that deals out payment from the user, to the writer of software programs. But you don't need to know that for anything practical, its just in case you were curious.
If you can't find "Theo's Register" program, perhaps it was deleted in an accident, then you can download it from
"Theo's Register" gives you the choice to pay in whatever way you feel is best for you. Check (U.S. Checks only), Cash, and a few other forms of payment. All except checks can be paid in your own local currency. Kagi does checks for US people only.

You should print the data using the "Theo's Register" application and send it, and the payment in an envelope, to the address shown on the form, which is:

Don't forget to mail the printed data form, as now and then, a few people do.
You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries but at present if you pay via check, it must be a check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot accept checks in other currencies, the conversion rate for non-USD checks is around USD 15 per check and that is just not practical.
Don't fax or email payment forms that use Cash, Check or Invoice as the payment method. There is no technology to transfer physical objects by fax or email and the form can't be processed.
Payments sent via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days for processing. If you include a correct email address for them to reply to, you will hear from Kagi when the form is processed.
Protection:
Email Cleaner has a protection scheme and when you pay, you will be emailed on how to indicate to "Email Cleaner" that you have paid the registration fee.
You will need an email address, as it can't be done without. As this is an email program, you should have an email address.
